Tailored PR campaigns to suit all budgets

At Exact PR we are able to work with all budgets, tailoring campaigns to suit clients’ needs. We are results-driven and agree realistic deliverables from the outset. We do not over-promise and generally exceed what we have set out to achieve.

A transparent and flexible way of working

Bespoke food and drink PR campaigns can be run in two main ways:

Retainer basis: a fixed, ongoing monthly fee agreed in advance. This is generally most suitable for large, medium or fast growing, ambitious companies which want a continually high media profile to stay ahead of the competition and drive trade interest and consumer demand.

Project basis: a fixed fee for a one-off activity or short campaign which has been allocated a certain budget. Smaller companies are likely to choose this way of working to alert the press to activity such as a new product launch, the opening of a new pub or restaurant, revamped packaging, a new and important recruit or a new business deal.

To see what these PR services would typically involve, click on Food PR or Drink PR. Fees for both retainer and project-basis food and drink PR campaigns are based on a standard daily rate. Expenses are agreed in advance with a client and are charged at cost. We don’t “do” hidden extras.

Thorough evaluation is key to our success

Evaluating PR activity underlines all our work at Exact PR. We agree the evaluation criteria from the start and monitor our performance on an ongoing basis. This ensures we are on track and clients are receiving a substantial return on investment. We use a number of evaluation tools, including:

  • Tracking all coverage to agreed expectations
  • Monitoring key brand messages
  • Return on financial investment analysis
  • Competitive coverage analysis
  • Benchmarking against competitive coverage to determine share of voice
